TITILOLA T OBILADE MBBS, PhD

University of Lagos Motto~Titilola Obilade

ABOUT

The tapestry of my career journey has spanned two continents and two great universities. I obtained all but two of my degrees from Nigeria at the University of Lagos (Unilag). The last two were from the USA at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech).

The motto of Unilag is “In Deed and In Truth” while the motto of Virginia Tech is UT PROSIM, “That I May Serve”  The operationalization of the two mottos from these erudite universities have been the propellant in the trajectories of my careers.

By God’s Grace,  I am the author of two books, 4 book chapters and more than 16 peer-reviewed journal articles on educational technologies, political economies of infectious diseases, maternal and child health, special needs and the Ebola virus disease.
